opposite Sainsbury's supermarket and it's close proximity to Dorridge train station ensures high levels of footfall and repeat

Veritas Business Sales are privileged to offer to the market this well respected sandwich bar and outside catering concern. The
business was set up from scratch 2 years ago and turnover continues to increase week on week. Reluctantly this is being offered
to the market due to the fact that my clients have an over seas business venture that needs their undivided attention.
During my clients ownership they have undergone a brand new refit and continually invested in new equipment, along with
fixtures and fittings which are all bought and paid for and included within the sale price ,which is a huge plus for a new owner as
additional funds will not need to be spent for some time.

The business is currently managed by their son who is full time and they employ 2 part time members of staff.
We believe that there is further potential to increase turnover as the business currently only trades Monday to Friday from
